Icelandic Beam Trawl Survey - Pilot study of 2016. HV 2016-004

Stock assessment for plaice and dab in Icelandic waters has historically been limited by lack of recruitment data due to the fact the younger fish are rarely caught in the existing bottom trawl surveys. A new survey with a beam trawl in costal waters could bridge that gap.
