Here is a photo of Þórunn Þórdardóttir HF-300, MFRI’s new research vessel, as she proudly sailed into her home port for the first time on the morning of 8 March. The vessel is named in honour of Iceland’s leading phytoplankton expert, who dedicated her entire research career at MFRI.
